ABOUT THE DESIGNERS

Kathleen Litchfield has been making homes and gardens beautiful in the Washington metropolitan area for thirty years. She works closely with all clients to create unique outdoor spaces and lasting friendships. Kathleen’s insightful advice on landscape design and construction has been published in numerous regional and national magazines. She has taught accredited courses in Horticulture and Landscape Construction and has developed CEU classes for the American Association of Interior Designers (ASID). Kathleen has lectured throughout the region for numerous garden clubs, associations and events including the Smithsonian Education Series and the Home and Design “Live” show.

Christine Kelley is PETRO Design/Build’s Landscape Designer. She has a Masters in Landscape Design and Sustainable Studies from George Washington University. With a complimentary background in marketing and graphic design, Christine’s main focus is residential design and project management. Prior to joining PETRO Design/Build, Christine was a member of the design staff at Oehme van Sweden in Washington, DC.
