Announcing The 2017 DC Design House
The 10th Annual DC Design House, a nonprofit benefiting Children’s National, will be at 9004 Congressional Court, Potomac, MD from Saturday, September 30, 2017 through Sunday, October 29, 2017. The $10.48 million estate is listed by Fouad Talout and Pascale Karam of Long & Foster Real Estate. The four-story, 27,256 square-foot home includes nine bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, four half baths, lower level ballroom, cinema, two-story library flanked by his and her offices, multiple kitchens, and elevator. Built in 2009, the home sits on two acres and includes a pool and pool house with apartment and covered terrace.
A Decade of Design Celebration will be held at the house on Thursday, September 28th from 6-9 p.m. Further details about the gala and special events to be held in the home’s ballroom to be announced. The home will be open Saturdays-Sundays from 12 noon to 5 p.m., and Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Closed on Mondays. An onsite cafe hosted by Saint Germain Catering in the pool house will be open daily with all special events also catered by Saint Germain.
